What is the One Day Meal Plan Anyway?

The one day meal plan is the last meal plan you'll ever need. Seriously! The first time I did this, I had the entire template (one year) completed in less than 8 hours! Two years later and I haven't meal planned again.

The One Day Meal Plan is a new approach at an old problem.  It sounds silly, but instead of you working for your recipes and meal plan, your recipes will work for you!

You will be given a meal planning template and taught a technique for filling it in using cookbooks or recipe blogs that will allow you to complete a month in about 30 minutes! Have you ever meal planned for a week in less time than that? I know I hadn't prior to coming up with this method. 

Once the template is completed, you can use it over and over again. There is no redundancy to the recipes because it's on an entire year rotation. If you aren't someone who gets bored easily with food, save yourself some time - you can just do 3-4 months and then repeat it over and over again from that point on. Great right?
